Why are there 3 sizes?
To better simulate the feel of spiking a free-moving ball , If the grip is too tight, spiking requires more force, making training harder to sustain over time and increased friction also shortens the foam’s lifespan and speeds up core deformation.

If you use multiple ball sizes, but you’re only buying one,go for SPT5005 ,as it’s the most versatile.
Is it suitable for outdoor practice sessions?
Yes . For outdoor training, wrap 1–2 layers of the included bandage around the foam to minimize wear while ensuring optimal performance.
